Carpet Restoration is the most thorough carpet cleaning process available to date. It utilizes the best aspects of both the dry cleaning and the hot water extraction methods of carpet cleaning. Your carpet will be cleaner than it has ever been! Your carpet will be vacuumed and then I will apply an environmentally safe pre conditioning solution to all carpeted areas. I will then power-scrub all of the carpeted areas to loosen dirt and debris from the carpet fibers. The next step is a high pressure rinse using the patented Rotobrush 360 extractor. Carpet Restoration is the most thorough carpet cleaning
process available to date. It utilizes the best aspects of both the dry
cleaning and the hot water extraction methods of carpet cleaning. Your
carpet will be cleaner than it has ever been! Your carpet will be vacuumed
and then an environmentally safe pre-conditioning solution will be applied to
all carpeted areas. We will then power-scrub all of the carpeted areas to
loosen dirt and debris from the carpet fibers. The next step is a high
pressure rinse using the patented Rotobrush 360 extractor. The Rotobrush
360 makes 750 cleaning passes per minute using 3 spray jets and 3 smooth
glide vacuum slots. The final step uses an orbital floor machine that
provides a final rinse of your carpet and applies a stain protectant that
will help with future spots and spills.
The Carpet Restoration process will leave your carpets
is as close to new condition as possible, which will satisfy the most
discerning home owner as well as save investors the high cost of carpet
replacement in most instances.
Carpet Restoration can be added to our dry cleaning
process by the room if the entire house is not in need of restoration for a
cost of $40 for the first room and $20 for each additional room. The cost
for Carpet Restoration for entire home is $249 for single story homes, and
$399 for all two story homes. Because a Carpet Restoration is a lengthy and
labor intensive process, please allow approximately 3 hours for a single
story home and approximately 5 hours for most two story homes.
